Each Sunday morning at 9:30-10:15 AM, we offer a variety of bible study classes for adults. Biblical and faith studies are a critical part of our mission in begin equipped to follow Jesus. We grow in part by simply learning about and imitating our Lord. Hebrews 4 teaches us that “the Word of God is living and active”. Our classes at Tri-Valley are designed to help people dig deeper in the living Word and to help it come alive in our daily walk with God.
Class teachers are thoughtful, experienced, and well-prepared with material designed to engage participants in practical application. Whether you’re new to studying the Bible or a veteran, take advantage our great studies.

Parenting: for Parents with Teens and pre-Teens
Leader: Joel Stanley
Currently studying a video series from Dr. Kevin Leman, titled “Have a New Kid by Friday”. This class has a lot of fun sharing both their struggles and triumphs and the video series is great too.
Church Planting: Kingdom Growth
Leaders: Wes Wolford, Steve Martin and guest speakers
This class is for everyone who wants to become more aware or more involved in church planting and would like to participate in discussions regarding kingdom growth. Discussions include the church of Christ’s involvement in the past, leading to and including our current local situation. Discussions will be led by a variety of individuals from TVCC, planting organizations and actual planters. Topics include: Missional mindset, kingdom concept, openly intentional, partnering, embedding in community, principles for relevancy and effectiveness, the current situation at TVCC, a path for the un-churched and how you can help. Come join us as we seek to be about the Father’s work and mission among the people in our community.
Genesis: In the Beginning (part 2, the second half)
Leader: Roy Mills
Continuing from our fall classes: picking up with the birth of Isaac and the covenant of God to Abraham, through the death of Joseph; this study is a basic Bible study with book/chapter/verse exercises and daily reading and class preparation.
